Digital Marketing Coordinator for Data/Analytics Consulting Firm
BlueGranite, a Microsoft data/analytics partner, is looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to help execute our inbound marketing program, including day-to-day ownership of our HubSpot Marketing system for our website, blog posts, emails, events, eBooks, and social media.
Our ideal candidate is experienced in inbound marketing, webpage layout and updates, marketing automation, social media, webinars/events, communication, and marketing analytics. The candidate enjoys being both technical and creative, and understands how to execute inbound marketing efforts for a digital audience to drive leads and brand preference.
This role combines technical knowledge of SEO and SEM campaign tools, email marketing, content management, and social media platforms to help us create awareness and drive demand for our Microsoft data/analytics consulting practice.
Combine creative communication skills and technical savviness to devise, implement, and manage our online marketing efforts
Drive the implementation and adoption of our content maps and campaigns using the latest inbound marketing systems from HubSpot, creating awareness through our blog, landing pages, eBooks, whitepapers, calls to action, and more
Lead email campaigns and marketing automation to execute clear, concise brand messaging across online platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube
Manage our website, developing web content and ensuring all content is up to date, measuring the success of specific web pages to confirm our website performs at optimal capacity
Create event/webinar registration pages, and drive registrations through email campaigns and calls to action across various web pages, blog posts, and social media
Oversee our lead generation efforts to attract new clients; plan, oversee, and execute the Buyer's Journey using our content maps with alignment of awareness, interest, consideration, and decision content on our website
Keep up to date with the latest digital and inbound marketing trends, helping us execute our inbound marketing strategy using the latest best practices and techniques
Use the latest technology from HubSpot, Google, and others to coordinate our marketing campaigns, including email and search engine optimization (SEO) and marketing (SEM) strategies
Monitor the results of our digital marketing efforts and report any successes or shortcomings to our leadership team
Qualifications
Experience supporting digital marketing programs and campaigns in a marketing role
Experience with HubSpot Marketing for content management, blogging, emails, and lead capture
Understanding of inbound marketing programs and concepts
Basic graphic design skills and experience with Adobe InDesign
Strong communicator, using online collaboration and communication tools such as Microsoft Teams
Task and time management skills, with the ability to juggle several demands and deadlines at once
Web coding experience with strong HTML and CSS skills
Marketing automation experience with SEO and SEM (Google AdWords, Analytics)
Social media experience, promoting services through Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business, or a related field
Ability to travel periodically to our Kalamazoo, MI-area office, with monthly trips during the first 6 months of employment
Authorization to work in the U.S., without the requirement for an employment visa or sponsorship
