Join us at Elixir, a pharmacy benefit manager owned by retail giant, Rite Aid. We're looking for a Digital Content Marketing Manager to add to our in-house marketing team. We use both Adobe Experience Manager (AE) and HubSpot to manage our email campaigns and website. And we want someone with some writing skills as well as tech chops. Here are the details:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Write, edit, post, update, and implement web and online content in content management systems
Plan, author and manage content assets (e.g. email, social media posts, brochures, case studies, articles, video scripts, etc.) for all purposes with minimal direction, create drafts and work with internal partners, subject matter experts and external agencies to final version
Develop multimedia content for a variety of platforms, including presentations, video and animation
Develop and design executive-level presentations in PowerPoint
Ensure content is consistent with company digital strategies, brand guidelines, UI Kit and web best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and outside agencies to gather requirements, content, designs as needed
Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications or related field or equivalent experience
3+ years’ experience in a content marketing role, and managing interactive media and content-oriented web sites
Experience with: Content Marketing, Marketing Automation, Copywriting, Digital Marketing, Social Media, Web Content Management
Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office
Demonstrated knowledge of business writing, AP style, grammar, and brand management best practices
Demonstrated skill to synthesize and summarize significant and complex sets of information into meaningful, clear, non-technical communications
Aptitude to provide art direction and use design software (Adobe Creative Suite) to layout projects for print or web
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills
A well-organized and self-directed individual who is able to work with minimal amount of supervision, and relate to all people at all levels of an organization with excellent communication skills
Must possess knowledge/proficiency with computer and technology processes, programs and functions common in a progressive business environment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
3+ years’ experience in a content development role that includes direct authorship of various types of business and marketing communications (writing samples required)
A knowledgeable individual with industry experience, preferably in healthcare, insurance, the PBM industry, Medicare Part D, Medicare Advantage or Medicare Supplement plans
Familiarity/proficiency with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and HubSpot marketing automation software or similar
Experience with video scripting, video editing (using Adobe Premiere and AfterEffects)
