Demand Generation Lead - B2B Retail Tech

Quorso has a strong brand identity and a lean but punchy marketing team with two core objectives:


  • Build out the new tech category Quorso has defined. Quorso takes a radically new approach to management. We need to articulate the pain being faced by Store Leaders, explain the solution Quorso offers and demonstrate our deep understanding of the retail landscape in order to define, formalize and grow and this entirely new category.
  • Shorten the sales cycle with smart, aggressive and data-driven demand generation tactics. Enterprise sales is a lengthy process, but intelligent and constant marketing efforts across digital and non-digital channels keep Quorso front-of-mind and turn awareness into purchase intent. 


Role responsibilities


  • AWARENESS: build pipeline by -
    • Managing digital paid media spend and campaigns across Google Adwords, Google Display, Social (YouTube, LinkedIn), etc.
    • Promoting and execute events, webinars, podcasts, etc.
  •  CONVERSION: nurture intent and conversion by -
    • Building, executing and refining demand generation programs, using data-driven targeting, engagement scoring and logic flows
    • Working with Content lead to produce and distribute thought-leadership and product content across owned channels (website, email, social)
    • Working closely with Sales to strengthen understanding of our personas and buyer journey and expedite lead conversion over time 
  • COMMUNITY BUILDING: activate our core audience by -
    • Leveraging dedicated content, targeted distribution and specific events to build a community of retail operators united around the need to rethink retail operations
  • REPORTING & TESTING: optimize spend and media mix ROI by -
    • Owning pipeline and target reporting, campaign analysis, audience segmentation and lead scoring



Role requirements


  • 6+ years of B2B SaaS demand generation experience
  • Experience marketing to enterprise buyers (retail knowledge a bonus)
  • Experience with paid advertising platforms (AdWords, LinkedIn, YouTube)
  • Familiarity with content distribution platforms (ideally Wordpress and Hubspot) 
  • Data and results-driven mindset
  • Excellent analytics and reporting skills
  • Strong grasp of business language and ability to communicate business concepts clearly and concisely for non-technical audiences
  • Mid-level creative capabilities to produce digital content for website, email and social (leveraging existing brand guidelines and assets)
  • Precise attention to detail and executional follow-through in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to project manage multiple objectives at once
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a high degree of initiative and ability to work with and align cross-functional teams
  • BS/BA required
