Data Integration Developer - Blend, Elite HubSpot Partner

BlendB2B is one of the worlds leading inbound marketing agencies. A HubSpot Elite partner, we offer website development, inbound marketing and HubSpot services to mid and corporate size companies in the tech and professional service sectors who want to transform their marketing with an authentic, creative, and technical partner.

Our team of 40 are number 6 in the UK of HubSpot Partner agencies. We intend to grow our team to 100 and be number 1 by 2024, as HubSpot continue their growth in the UK.

We’re looking for people who wish to be a part of that growth and are excited to be pushing their limits with the next generation of web development products.

About the role

The Data Integration Developer at Blend sits astride our development and strategy teams to provide specialist, and often bespoke solutions to our clients’ data challenges.

This role would suit a technically minded strategist, or a developer with an insatiable thirst for working with big data challenges. You’ll be excited by mashing up APIs, trying (and buying) new PaaS/SaaS tools, and defining the scope of challenges before finding ways to solve them.

Examples of recent projects range from transposing and pivoting large data sets from XML to CSV, to collecting incoming callback data from Stripe and actioning HubSpot workflows based on the data. Salesforce and Xero integrations are also common requests.

You’ll be using either SaaS based tooling, or Node.js to achieve all this.

Inquisitive and analytical by nature, you’ll be comfortable working in a sometimes client-facing role. You’ll be adept at gathering requirements and won’t be deterred by helping clients to define your own brief.

You won’t be on your own however and will have access to both the web development and strategy teams for technical and strategic support, alongside that of our account management team.
