Custom Module for our Website

Hi,

we are looking for a freelance developer who can develop us a custom module to use in the design manager. What we need is a simple Text module which is 'time based'. We basically want to show a text block which is only shown during certain time windows (i.e. from 00:00 to 08:00 CET). The visibility hours should be set in the module options. Would be also nice to style the text and give it a bg color etc.
