CRM Marketing Executive (UK based hybrid role) - Travel Industry

Role Summary
This newly created role has arisen as CRM is central to the success of our strategy over the next few years. Enabling us to provide customers with relevant, timely and engaging communications by leveraging customer insights, marketing technologies and implementing best practices.
You will report to the CRM Manager in the UK and work with the American Holidays Marketing Team in Ireland to define and then execute high-quality CRM campaigns designed to deliver our business objectives. You will have keen analytical skills and an ability to derive insight that you can turn into actions will help you in this role. Alongside the team, you will deliver the American Holidays CRM marketing strategy ensuring all communications are personalised, targeted and form part of a customer’s seamless journey.
This is a hybrid position with the expectation to be in the office in Crawley, West Sussex at least 1 day a week.
What you will be doing
The role holder will be responsible for the production and execution of automated journeys and weekly newsletters, intended to nurture new subscribers, generate leads and retain repeat customers. This will entail segmenting and tailoring communications to our customer base to deliver the best outcome.
The role-holder will build and execute leading CRM conversion journeys for existing and new prospects as well as for our Repeat guests. This will entail selecting, segmenting and customising appropriate communications to our customer base to deliver the best business outcome. You will also be tasked with conducting weekly CRM performance reports, which will be shared with the wider business, testing and optimising email campaigns, supporting the wider business in achieving marketing database growth objectives and ensuring that the customer receives a seamless journey from initial contact through to retention.
As part of the Marketing Team, you will work collaboratively to deliver both long-term strategic objectives as well as delivering short-term trading goals.
