The Sales and Marketing Operations Analyst will report to our Chief Financial and Administrative Officer and will conduct analysis into the health of the business to identify relevant trends, challenges and opportunities. Your work will help guide and prioritize our decisions with passion, data-driven analysis and thoughtful business recommendations. You will play a vital role in providing ongoing operational support to the Enterprise & Mid-Market Sales teams, including Sales Development, Customer Success and Design Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing direct, hands-on analytics of our data structure and recommend and execute data and course corrections as needed. Must be highly quantitative, process and detail-oriented and have experience problem-solving using large data sets.

As a Sales and Marketing Operations Analyst at Zmags, you will:
• Partner with internal business teams (Marketing, Sales and Finance, etc.) to evaluate business KPIs that ultimately lead data-driven decisions
• Drive improvement, efficiency, and effectiveness into all dashboards and KPIs
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and initiate/drive projects to completion with minimal guidance
• Will include CRM platform management, sales forecast reporting, sales metrics and analysis, and process/policy development and documentation
• Apply experience in quantitative analysis and data visualization to tell the story behind the numbers
• Participate in the development and improvement of Direct Sales processes to streamline workflows

What makes you a great fit for the role:
• BA / BS degree in a relevant field
• 2-5 years in a sales and marketing operations analyst, business intelligence analyst, or sales support role, must have Hubspot experience from a user and administrator perspective
• Proven business sense with problem solving, project management, and analytical skills
• Experience providing practical business insights and recommendations from large data sets
• High energy and positive problem-solving attitude
• Highly proficient to expert competency in Microsoft Office tools (e.g. Excel, PPT, Word)
