This is an opportunity for a customer journey architect to shape how the world works with data through thoughtful engagement and creative activation. This new role is purpose-built to complement the current growth and marketing team.
This role has two primary responsibilities: the development and deployment of acquisition campaigns and management of ongoing email and chat messaging.
Own the execution and optimization of these campaigns including the creation of project plans, management review, approval processes, and reporting.
Coordinate and collaborate on content, community, and product program development across the user lifecycle funnel: from acquisition through retention.
Work with product, design, and engineering to continuously optimize our product onboarding through rigorous experimentation and split testing, to grow customer acquisition and conversion efficiency.
Contribute to experimentation on new audiences, propositions, and messaging

Requirements 👀
3+ years of relevant work experience primarily in B2B SaaS
Clear understanding of the B2B marketing funnel and tactics to build engaging customer journeys that lead to sign-ups and ultimately growing revenue.
Hands-on experience working with industry tools and analytics packages including email, analytics, CRM, and marketing automation platforms—namely Hubspot
Strong analytical skills, and proven track record in making data-driven decisions to continually optimize performance and determine future investments.
Understand and map systems architecture for data flow and reporting
Big bonus points for ability or willingness to learn SQL
