You’ll be leading the way to efficient project management, ensuring engagements stay on time and on budget. But it’s not just about managing engagements - it’s about being part of a team that is dedicated to client success. Your recommendations will shape the course of ongoing campaigns, and your keen insights will identify opportunities for account expansion.

In your new role as an Account Manager, you’ll get to:

  • Perform meticulous quality checks and testing on project- and campaign-related deliverables
  • Track and report on engagement budgets and client health on a weekly basis
  • Ensure that CRM records are updated on a weekly basis
  • Create and maintain milestone records to accurately forecast client revenue and ensure that invoices go out to clients in accordance with the contracted payment schedule
  • Provide recommendations on how to improve ongoing marketing campaigns and digital projects (e.g. website redesigns, backend integrations, etc.)
  • Lead retainer renewal conversations with the client in a timely manner to ensure retainers do not lapse
  • Identify account retention and expansion opportunities and lead conversations with clients about those opportunities
  • Work with subject matter experts to properly scope out new engagement opportunities
  • Advance Your HubSpot Expertise: Progress your professional development by engaging in intermediate HubSpot training, with a focus on independently handling in-platform tasks for clients.
  • Identify areas of specialization: Determine the types of work that you are best suited to manage, including which engagement types you are strongest at, in-platform specializations, and industry experience.
  • Execute Client Work: Take ownership of low-difficulty tasks within client portals, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution that aligns with client goals. Leverage more senior team members for support and review of your work using your best judgment.
  • Problem-Solve with Confidence: As you progress in this role, move towards applying your growing HubSpot skills to proactively address client challenges and driving client satisfaction.
