Zendesk, Zapier, Hubspot Contact properties

I am having issues creating a list from Zendesk tickets. I have the inetgration of Zendesk and the Zapier connection. Does anyone else have issues here?

@DeniseCCTraceab Have you reached out to Zendesk for support? They support the integration with HubSpot, so if something isn't mapping over correctly or isn't working, they would be the best point of contact. Here's their page on the integration, too: https://www.zendesk.com/apps/hubspot/.
