Building Owner Bob

Real estate developer that is constantly investing in different business property opportunities.

Biggest challenge is helping Building Owner Bob understand that we can help him with a full life cycle service on his investment.

My business persona is someone named "Alana" for say and she could be from California. Her motivations are to look different and pretty from the other girls on the beach. This is because this brand of bikinis makes her special and it is always coming out with the the most top selling designs. She is also ranging from the angles of 14-30

Too Busy Tom

Businesses that are relatively large and no longer able to manage their own commercial real estate properties very efficiently.  They are interested in continual expansion and are looking to outsorce the management of their real estate properties.  Motives include minimizing costs and identifying potential savings while operating commercial locations in a uniform manner.  Challenges include satisfying the needs of the person on contact (located at the physical location) while making the best budgetary decisions for the company as a whole.

Business owners who need website development to create a better customer journey. We want to create more interactive stores that can be used in the Metaverse and beyond. Our challenge is finding people who understand the concepts. Therefore, we have to train more people and we are developing our customer journey to do just that.

I am a digital artist.

  • Crafter Mila
  • She is 25-65 years old and she started her crafting business in 2019 since she lost her job.
  • She is focused on selling physical products but cannot seem to find artwork she is proud to sell, she is just following the trend. Market is saturated with everyone selling the same designs on products. At this point its all about who is selling more than what is selling.
  • She wants to stand out from the crowd. She wants to find a designer that can not only bring new designs to the market but even provide custom work unique to her style.

It is really difficult to pinpoint one persona in the branch of tourism that I am acquainted. We are a DMO (destination marketing org). The personification is dependent of and indicative to a desired experience, distance or location, and situational due to reason of travel. Each visitor in request may not, and usually doesn't, have a similar need or request of information. Focus marketing is on partner product, and finding a way to make a fit  within it for every visitor.

This is actually something that my company needs to spend some time fleshing out, but I would say that our primary persona from our data is a 35-50 year old middle class male that occasionally faces financial challenges and needs additional support to fill the gaps between income and financial obligations.

They want to have their business known to online clients.

They don't know where to start, so they post random stuff with no clear objectives.
