Who is your business's buyer persona?
Name (of persona) : Health Conscious Mark or Emily
Demographics : 25-40 , average and above earner, gender : M/F/Others, practices sports one form or another, Shops online and offline, no weight cap,
Motivations : be healthy or fit or both, wants to save time one way or another, improve performance, Look good, solve and maintain medical shortcomings
Motivation: Looking for any job in their area of expertise to sustain themself and establish a career over some time
Challenges: Not enough jobs in their selected career niche (for example, data mining), too much competition, inadequate resume writing skills, anxious behavior, not being prepared to give interviews, unsure about their life and career choices
Etc: frustration, anger issues, consistent failure, society pressure, no money, looming bills, and a negative approach to every work-related activity.
Demographics: 35-55 Motivations: to get the family business the next level, expand to new markets through digital presence, grow the business, get into new categories.
Challenges: he has tried a number of strategies, partners with underperforming results. He has a small team, needs to automate processes, has limited budget.
Lulu Lucas is a young Sports Coach who has been heavily involved with youth development and non profits such as Boys and Girls Club and YMCA for years. Lucas is physically fit and active. He uses his platform to emphasis his healthy lifestyle initiative, coaching multiple sports and even hosting exercise classes. He is constantly looking for comfortable, good fitting excercise wear and Lululemon is the perfect brand for him.
My business persona is someone named "Alana" for say and she could be from California. Her motivations are to look different and pretty from the other girls on the beach. This is because this brand of bikinis makes her special and it is always coming out with the the most top selling designs. She is also ranging from the angles of 14-30
Businesses that are relatively large and no longer able to manage their own commercial real estate properties very efficiently. They are interested in continual expansion and are looking to outsorce the management of their real estate properties. Motives include minimizing costs and identifying potential savings while operating commercial locations in a uniform manner. Challenges include satisfying the needs of the person on contact (located at the physical location) while making the best budgetary decisions for the company as a whole.
