Symposia's main persona is Brad the Business Owner:
-He's 30-50 years old, lives in an upper-middle class neighborhood in the continental US, and owns a small business of 5-50 people.
-His motivations are growing his business in order to make more money and to set up infrastructure that allows him to focus on his areas of specialty
-His challenges are he wears a lot of different hats, and has to do a lot of things for the business that he isn't skilled at, like marketing. He also had a bad experience in the past with another marketing agency that has him a bit wary.
