Which of the five fundamental steps is most challenging for you?

When it comes to integrating behavioral marketing and customer segmentation into your processes there are five fundamental steps to consider:

  1. Defining the interactions you want to track
  2. Implementing tracking
  3. Analyzing and reporting how people are behaving on your website
  4. Using this information to segment your contacts
  5. Using your segmentation to nurture

2&3. No.2 is where we need to decide the most effective ways and tools to be able to provide good-quality and suitable data to be useful for analyzing and reporting (No.3) as actionable insights to carry out our behavioral marketing and customer segmentation, which is pivotal in the success of the process.

I would say the most difficult part of the five fundamental steps would be to implement tracking. As stated in the video, this is where you need to provide actionable insights to carry out your behavioral marketing and customer segmentation and is pivotal in the succcess of the process.

For me, the most challenging step is nurturing based on behavior. I often struggle with mapping the right content to specific user actions and ensuring it’s delivered at the right time.

I have found that the biggest challenge that I have is implementing the tracking.  For some reason I always see it as time consuming but once it's done I love seeing the data.

The most challenging step within the five fundametal steps of behavioral marketing is analyze and reporting how people are behaving on the website. Reason beging there are multiple segmentations that browse the site and I have to determine their wants and needs.

Which of the five fundamental steps is most challenging for you?

I have a hard time at the beginning of the steps and that is defining the interactions you want to track.  Once I work out how to engage in the progress to achieve the desired goal the other steps seem to be a lot easier.

For me, the most challenging step is Implementing tracking.

I usually have a clear idea of what I want to track, but actually setting it up properly  connecting tools, making sure everything’s working, and the data is accurate, that’s where it gets tricky. It’s more technical, and if it’s not done right, everything else kind of falls apart.

I Considere use: Analyzing and reporting how people are behaving on your website. This step is most important. Because we have a lot information about costumers, behaving in the website and we analize this information with Sales team and we are nuturing about behaving customers.

A análise e o relatório do comportamento dos usuários no site parecem ser um dos desafios mais complexos. Entender quais dados realmente importam para cada público-alvo e como utilizá-los para otimizar a experiência do usuário exige uma abordagem estratégica e o uso de boas ferramentas de analytics. Imagino que um dos pontos-chave seja definir as métricas certas para extrair insights relevantes.

Analysing the interactions would be the challenging step as we have to check in detail why the potential lead didnt reach CTA perhaps retaught and stopped

Which of the five fundamental steps is most challenging for you?

I would say that the hardest for me would the analyizing how people are behaving on the website. That is because I am not very technologically gifted. So if there was something that was trending on my website or something that needed to be explored further, then I would not know how to interpret it. If someone told me the trend then I could make a guess on what to do. But because I do not know how to use technology I would struggle interpreting these things.
