Step 3, reporting and analyzing behavior on websites interests me the most. This provides much of insight how customers act, make choices, and decide to purchase.

I think we're more at the beginning of the process and need to work out items 1 and 2 on the list. We need to work on our tracking so that we can make the correct reachouts.

Integrating behavioral marketing and customer segmentation into your processes can be a complex and time-consuming process, but it can also be highly effective for driving better results from your marketing efforts.
Which of the five fundamental steps is most challenging for you?
For me, it would be Step 5. Finding the best ways to nurture customers is not an easy task. You must understand which way is more likely to persuade them into the sales funnel but also less annoy them.
Take the case of the bank as an example. In my hometown, many people don't like checking advertisement emails or receiving cold calls. So, the best way to approach them is through social media like Facebook or the bank's app. It's important for an inbound marketer to understand the general behaviors of customers in a specific geolocation and find a good way to contact them.

Implementing tracking can be really tricky. My app tracking experiences have always been a bugger. But once you've overcome it, the real challenge now is to take your imagination... "to infinity and beyond!" lol

Which of the five fundamental steps is most challenging for you?
The fifth one seems like it would be the most challenging. Nurturing is a task requiring an understanding of where you have been and where you want to go, that's easy but in nurturing you have to be observant of the how the results are effecting your audience and the response you want. Anything that does not move the needle needs to be changed so its an ongoing and constant skill to have to nurture.
Which of the five fundamental steps is most challenging for you?
I think at this point, the hardest at my company would be the "use the segmentation to nurture", mostly because we've never really gotten that far. We've tracked behavior, analyzed it, segmented, but we never really know how to nuture, or at least it hasn't beem what we've done - we've only just drawn conclusions about it.
Which of the five fundamental steps is most challenging for you?
I think it would be effective to use some strategies that you have found useful in acquiring new clients so that you can make a SOP for that process AND test the efficiency of this process. I guess that would be the start of your step five.
