Watching the example with the bank was insightful, but this company got the buyer's email address, which makes it easy for them to retarget them by sending emails. I find it difficult to imagine a way of reaching potential buyers without an email address. How to reach them back without email address?

Out of all the fundamental steps, I would have to say the most difficult is without a doubt implementing tracking. That is due to the fact that there are just so many components, or in other words, lots of parts.
