I think the analysis part would perhaps be the hardest in my case, as my maths skills are lacking and I find numbers overwhelming sometimes. As for the qualitative part of analysis, I think it is easy to get it wrong if you approach it from the wrong angle. This could then bleed into the segmentation of conotacts You could perpetuate confirmation bias, which may not represent what customers should ideally be categorised as.

Analyzing and report how people are behaving on your website. This would be somewhat challenging because your perception of someone could be totally different than what reallly is.

In our case, the most challenging is implementing tracking, due to the costs of using a cutting-edge tool, then because tracking ownership belongs to the principal unit, and last but not less important due to data privacy and ethic responsibility because of the kind of beneficiaries we worked with.

The analyzing of people's behaviour on the website looks difficult to me. Because peoples' behaviour is a qualitative thing and at times, what you see is not what they implied. Anyways, with practice perhaps, it gets better.

It can be tricky to make sure I'm interpreting the data correctly and identifying the most valuable insights to act on. Sometimes the data is overwhelming, and it takes time to understand which metrics truly matter.
To overcome this, I’ve started focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) that align closely with our business goals rather than trying to track everything at once. I’ve also made it a habit to revisit and adjust the analytics tools we use to ensure the data is clear and actionable. It’s still a work in progress, but narrowing the focus has definitely helped. The most difficult step for me is supply power and competitive rivalry. With having toform the the five forces of Michael Porter's five forces determines the long-run profitability any industry, Having to make smart decisions to secure growth and profitability. Staying creative with my campaigns and content to keep upto date challenges is not as easy as it seems.

The mos challenging step is 5. Using segmentation to nurture. As it is demanding, requires to dwelve into more analysis, and usually time is not of the essense. Hence, the tips previously explained on the video give a right path to follow and implement in the very near future.

Implementing tracking is definitely the hardest. However, knowing exactly 'What' to say when nurturing can be a challenge when there may be so many reasons that prospects are reluctant to share (have blindspots about) their reasons for not seeking guidance (i.e., outsourcing whatever need to us).

For me personally, this is most challenging and crucial at the same time as I believe this is the phase that results into converted sales of potential leads and also have potential leads list for future if not converted into sales, understanding and working on this phase will ensure that major portion of leads get converted.
