Our purpose is to inform people of the benefits of our product and why it is better than the others on the market. The concept is more cultural than financial.

Our purpose at the company I work for, is to provide pharmaceutical companies with revenue management tools. All of it is very complex to me and hard to understand, so it will take some education on my part, collaboration with the rest of our team and using the HubSpot guidelines to figure out how to define our purpose for our customers. My company was founded with the idea of having a business available for my relatives to have a career within my company, bringing in their own talents and being the head of the sector that they add to the company. (As a sentimental and quiet person, I never really communicated this, as I noticed my relatives didn't really value what I was doing much). But with that being the reason why I started, it was automatic that I created a one-stop-shop creative and design company. This was 10 years ago, and today it still is a one stop shop, now, agency.
