I managed to take advantage of a new restaurant which is a local one in Egypt 

After several meetings with owners of the restaurant and research in the food market in the local area 

we found that the best purpose of this restaurant is :
- to deliver more good quality than the other compatitors 

- to make a good price for them 

- and to make it fast as possible to make our clients happy 

- the final step we are making is taking feedback from every customer we deserve and analysis this to be the great in the market 

nowadays we are the number one restaurant in the area and we still take feedbacks and develop our products

Personal care of aged parents are often neglected by their children who are always busy. Their grand kids who aren't that busy, usually don't have interest caring for these older ones.

Try to understand what is the purpose of your product from the customer point of view. The best way is interviewing your customer and get their first thought and what made them buy your product. There is a theory called what job to be done, this question would define your purpose when customers buy to solve the requirements. Then you need to understand the social view when a person use your product..

Well I used to work for a showroom, I think the company was founded with the purpose to serve as a more efficient way to connect buyers and brands, usually, there is a lot of friction when trying to buy clothes for your boutique, so having a place where you have access to different brands within the same niche and offering great service and experience, definitely make things much easier for the buyers.
