My company's purpose is to bring people closer to God , together . As well as to create a healthy relationships between a seller and customers . Spreading the word of God is my comapny's main purpose .
The purpose of a Captain in an organization is to embody and promote a customer-centric culture that aligns with the company's mission and values. By advocating for customer insights and ensuring that all departments—such as marketing, sales, and customer service—work together toward a unified strategy, the Captain helps meet real customer needs. They foster innovation by empowering team members to suggest improvements and ensure clear communication about the company's purpose. Additionally, the Captain regularly assesses the organization’s performance in fulfilling its purpose, building trust through transparency and ethical standards to strengthen relationships and foster loyalty among customers and employees alike.
My company's purpose is to connect interest home buyers with the best deals in my neighborhood for the realtor part, and also to offer then relaxation from everyday bustles for the Boba tea shop that I also run.
My company's purpose is to connect Medical Scribes in Arkansas with providers and clinics to help build and implement optimization programs that increase revenue and provide more patient focused healthcare.
My company was founded because I want to build a real business and focus on satisfying my customer base and bringing them quality products that they will appreciate and hope to come back to purchase again at some point.
While I was extremely fortunate earlier on in my life to meet with Jack Bogle of Vanguard and Warren Buffet of BH, I know many people didn't have the good fortune or the opportunity to do the same. I think for us, it was always about delivering value and seeing that value reflected in other people's lives. So now at this new position, I'm discovering the value they provide and how best to leverage that to our customers and fans. I want new customers to be able to find us too and it requires outreach that I think Hubspot is able to provide.
I've been working in many companies in C-level positions and found out that in many cases I have noticed that CEOs are thinking their companies are same as the product or services they deliver. This lack of understanding the reasons customer are there is serious. Since I had a terrific opportunity to establish a company I decided this is it. I'll spend all my effort praising the customer journey and the inbound corporate culture. Deliverin value is something so depp within my heart and brain I cannot skip this. Hopefully I managed to put this into words so that customers also notice my story!
