One of my favorite AI tools I use regularly is ChatGPT. It helps me streamline content creation, brainstorm campaign ideas, refine messaging, and improve customer communication workflows.

For automation, I really value HubSpot workflows because they allow me to create structured, customer-focused processes while still keeping the experience personalized.

Using both together helps me balance efficiency with human-centered engagement.

One of my favorite AI tools to use is Claude. It's similar to ChatGPT but I feel I get more use out of it. It's great brainstorming, resume help, and organizing my thoughts as well as coming up with potential content ideas.

Zapier to run Automations. I know they integrate with Hubspot (which is cool). I'm just wondering - in the spirit of true martech homogeny - whether current tasks I'm building (data, lists, actions, content) would sit better in Hubspot?

I find it most useful for generating first drafts and structuring ideas quickly, allowing me to focus more on strategy and optimization. As I continue building my tech stack, I make sure any AI tool I use integrates well with my existing platforms and supports efficiency rather than adding unnecessary complexity.

I actually don't find myself reaching to use AI tools often, if at all, and certainly not on a regular basis. However, during my undergrad, our school gave us free access to the entire Microsoft suite, and some professors encouraged us to experiement with Microsoft CoPilot to summarize readings for us, and help us get notes on those readings quickly.
