Use ChatGPT for structure, use Grammarly for language flow, use Canva for better design outputs, use Notion for workflow automation (takes 4-5 hours to learn it properly), and use Gemini/Fireflies for meeting notes.

I have been using chatgpt for creation, canva for graphics and video clean-up, grammarly to make sure I don't mess up. Now getting into the hubspot tools as well for distribution and testing, crm and doing a blog. Just getting into clickup for project mngmnt and their AI tools.
I own and run a small personal insurance agency and looking to add more traffic, leads and business.
One of my favorite automation and AI tools is Grammarly because it helps me quickly improve my writing, catch errors, and keep my communication clear and professional.
