One of my favorite automation and AI tools that I use regularly is **HubSpot**. HubSpot offers a comprehensive suite of marketing automation features, including email marketing, lead nurturing, and CRM integration, which helps streamline processes and enhance efficiency. Its AI-powered insights and analytics also provide valuable data to optimize marketing strategies and improve overall performance.
One of my favorite automation tools is Google Classroom. It helps streamline assignment management, grading, and communication with students. For AI, I use Grammarly to ensure accurate and clear feedback on student writing. Both tools have significantly improved efficiency in my teaching.

I use all LLMs (the ones that encompase all of them into one Poe - You). I use them to summarize meetings, and inspire creative ideas for team building activities. I use Make.com to do various automations, from responding to email, after is has passed and intente category, and save them as a draft in case they require personal touch (a.k.a. Important client). I do various other automations, however, I am still learning to use it, and be more productive when using it, for example, automatizing prompts, roles and systems in Airtable.
