What funnels exist in your flywheel?
The flywheel represents your company as a whole, but you’ll still have funnel-shaped charts and graphs representing the effectiveness of different processes within your company, and it’s important to make sure those funnels are fueling your flywheel. What possible funnels exist within your flywheel?
I am a Marketing Coordinator for a B2B tech marketing agency. Here's how the model works for me:
Attract: Social media, digital ads, and positive client reviews
Engage: Talk to prospective clients on an individual basis and build a custom marketing plan that fits their unique needs. Also utilizing blog posts and showcasing our portfolio can help engage potential clients.
Delight: Building great relationships with current clients and coming up with new ideas to help their marketing excel.
I run a website , so my funnel would be 1. people suggesting my website to each other for awareness, then 2. navigating through my website, 3. clicking through my blogs and reading those, 4. subscribing to my newsletter, 5. sharing my website or blog link to other people.
