Every conversation has a defined start, middle, and end. When you’re using that interaction to qualify a lead, there are specific pieces of information that you’ll need to make the most out of that interaction. Much like a conversation that happens in person, you want to make sure a conversation online is structured to end when it’s appropriate.

I think my business can automate at some point, but we also need to put some kind of input where theres no more to automotion, and there we will need to do human to human comnverstion.

We are still very much a "phone call" culture driven by our significant word-of-mouth business. Much of the conversation happens with our sales team versus through our marketing efforts. This is definitely an area where we are planning to expand in our implementation of Hubspot.

Using a bot to answer questions and guide a customer through the process would be helpful. Most of our conversations are currently via phone and so automating would be a great improvement.

find that hosting newer podcasts on Telegram and polls on Instagram see an increase in our stats and provide apt data for the various demographics we have

yes getting the prospect the right content they are looking for quick and simple, getting the right information about the contact of the start, then directing them to the content they want from our company!

Our category within cybersecurity is really new. Something that only in recent years organizations are starting to discover. Our main conversation is educating the industry on this specific topic. We are working to emphasize the true value of the product.

Looking into chatbot on website for virtual assistance to address FAQs and point viewers in the right direction or alert our team for further assistance.

The most impactful conversations with clients have been about why they are building a brand. It helps draw out the bigger picture they may not have realized while courting the idea. Yes. My website currently uses the hubspot chat and I plan to promote it more.

Yes, there can be automation with messaging using chatbot.
But, due comlexity of my company, there is a need to be request segmentation to specific business areas.
Also there is a tendency of people-visitors to cut to the chase, so I really consider option to get in touch with available representative, but that can affect to the gathering information.
