Awareness:

First - Targeted sponsored posts on LinkedIn with quick polls that ask for opinions / current practices / sentiments about the problem we solve to spark discussions / engagement with our target audience and gather data and insights.

Then, create infographic with data from polls + compelling industy statistics that summarize the State of the Problem we Solve. Inlude a call to action to download our eBook to learn more about how to "solve XYZ"

Consideration:

Create an eBook that incorporates poll data / infographic elements, methods for solving the problem we solve including best practices and challenges with current methods, and details on how we think about the problem and how we solve it differently. Inlcude call to action to learn more that drives traffic to a landing page.

Decision:

Landing page content that provides additional details on our unique approach to solving the problem, the value this provides our customers, and includes a form to schedule a call with one of our experts to discuss current priorities and see if we're a good fit.

The content ideas I have for the buyers journey consist of a survey, of asking customers their opinions when it comes to the product they would prefer. Knowing the buyers' preference and giving them what they want will cause an increase in sales. During the buying process if it is online minimal screens, and limited questions to ensure the process is smooth and not frustrating. Allowing all payment types also helps for a smooth buying process.

Awareness: TOFU - SEO, Content and social media. Creating Blog content that Answers users concerns around topics related to product or service. Giving value by making sure that the users SEO search intent is answered well within the blog and ending the users search with the blog so they don't need to seek more information anywhere else. Repurposing blog content topics on the blog on social media reels/tiktoks.

Consideration stage: for this stage I would like to implement questionaries, and reviews from others customers about their satisfaction of the service in the company.

Decision stage: here it will be a free service with just enough fetures of the service that can make the customers decide if it is the right decision for them or not.
