What content ideas do you have for your buyer’s journey?
If I had a hypothetical house cleaning company that was the best in my small saturated town., that I needed to expand out of because competition was to high and too few customers. I would first find a nearby town that Might think highly of my company because we've made calls there and set up shop in a area that we had loyal customers. Now how I would use social media would be by determine the customer profile by those loyal customers in that area, and finding what they liked about our company. I would then use that information for the consideration stage. After that I would then differentiate my product by local competition by support use of Seos and discounts that would under cut competition. Of course my presence in that city would be just a marketing gimmick and not a profit generating company. I would have to wait for word of mouth to take hold

So far we have only offert webinars without useing the full potential of inboundmarkeing. For awarenes we are planing on doing conten helping customers to figure out exactly what their problem is except the webinars that we are already doing.
For consideration we will do a form helping the customer to easy evaluate the different categories.
For the dessision stage: we will e-mail with content to trigger the customer to book a evaluation meeting for our solution and us as the vendor.

Our team has definitely been implementing some of this theory in developing our content strategy for this year, but it has been great to see it outlined in such a coherent way. I can see us focusing on the format more than the topic at times, so it's a great reminder to make sure we stay grounded in giving content for our custoemers along their journey.

At this point, I have usually only considered the Awareness stage in practice. I have created blog posts and videos to encourage interest in my products on my websites.

First I will do a keyword research in regrds of regenerative fashion solutions and use those for the contents I will create on each stage of my buyer persona's journey. For awareness and consideration I will use blogging, newsletters and SSMM content, for the decision I will use emailing, remarketing, google ads and social ads.
