My OKR's are currently building a following, increasing my social media presence. I'm starting from nothing so there should be a good amount of KRs to reach.

I work for a school district and we have two OKRs

  • Academic Growth
  • Higher Attendance 

My department has 3 OKRS:

  • Ensures that 100% of marketing request connected to the organization OKRs are completed on time. 
  • Public Relations Officer (PRO) program gets 15 positive news stories and experiences 10% social media growth. 
  • Executive Leadership have over 80% open rate for weekly internal messaging.

Our main OKR right now is to increase customer retention and engagement. We aim to improve our customer satisfaction score  from 80% to 90% within six months, reduce customer churn by 15% by the end of the quarter, and boost repeat purchases by 20% through personalized marketing efforts. By focusing on these key results, we’re ensuring a stronger connection with our customers and driving long-term growth.

OKR stands for  "objectives and key results" and is a goal setting system that helps to ensure that the company focuses efforts on the same important issues throughout the organization. 

The OKR that I am focusing on is hiring 2 reliable talent, growing the business at steady rate with the right talent, improving the business structure for efficiency and innovation & doing great work in order to keep customers satisfied.

Having evaluation points allows us to know how a process is going, and in case the result is not as expected, we can take corrective action to prevent something worse.
