My OKR's are currently building a following, increasing my social media presence. I'm starting from nothing so there should be a good amount of KRs to reach.
Our main OKR right now is to increase customer retention and engagement. We aim to improve our customer satisfaction score from 80% to 90% within six months, reduce customer churn by 15% by the end of the quarter, and boost repeat purchases by 20% through personalized marketing efforts. By focusing on these key results, we’re ensuring a stronger connection with our customers and driving long-term growth.

The OKR that I am focusing on is hiring 2 reliable talent, growing the business at steady rate with the right talent, improving the business structure for efficiency and innovation & doing great work in order to keep customers satisfied.
Personally, my OKR is to gain necessary training and certifications to help me get into the industry I desire to work in. Work related, my OKR is to sell digital advertising solutions to brands in need of awareness and targeted marketing and meet monthly targets.
