Increase revenue by 25% from CRM implementation services and 40% from web development compared to the previous quarter. Reducing project turnaround time by 15% will enhance efficiency in web development. Acquire 20 new clients within target industry segments to expand market reach. Through training programs and certifications, improve employee skills and expertise in emerging technologies by 35%
One of the main objectives for Engaging.io is to be recognised as the best HubSpot partner globally. Our KR's that will let us know if we're where we want to be on that trajectory at any given point in time are: 1) 5 star customer reviews, showing our customers are happy 2) Maintaining our ranking in the top ten Best Places to Work in Austarlia, showing our staff are happy 3) Recieving at least 10 requests a month to scope out technical solutions for potential new clients, showing our reputation and brand presence is second to none.
In the Public Relations Dep. we mostly focus on promoting messages of the company to the right audience. Actually out main objective to gain more and more market share through face-to-face meetings and also online reach. The KRs would be the insights we get from social media and the number of people participate in our events. I would really appreciate it if anyone could help us in this road.
