Increase brand awarness, increase customer engagement

One Objective that I am focusing on currently is gaining brand awareness for my Universities club through social media.

My second objective is to increase club member retention.

My first KR was to establish a social media presence on X, Facebook, Instagram, and Threads to allow for growth through awareness of what we do. I have managed to re-establish a social media presence by starting a facebook page, creating an instagram, x, and Threads profiles all for my Universities student run organization.

My next key result is to increase retention by 40% by introducing engaging activies.

And my final KR is to achieve an average satisfaction rating of 85% up from 60%.

At the moment, my main OKR that I am focusing on at the moment is to bring in more experience to expand my resume and portfolio when it comes to getting notice by employers or the target audience.

Objective: To buy back 100% ownership in my business while maintaining cashflow to maximize Q4 2024.

Key Result 1: To make $10k revenue/mo passively by the end of July, 2024.
Key Result 2: To make $5k/profit/mo passively by end of July 2024.

Key Result 3: To have paid my investor thei asking price for the 12.5% equity they still own.
Key Result 4: To have cashflow projections done, projecting $10k cash in the bank on October 1, 2024, $15k cash in the bank on Nov 1, 2024, and $30k cash in the bank on December 1, 2024.
