Hello Champion, we are a new company, so our current OKR's is branding, social media marketing, and engagement. Focusing on these areas will give our company the best possible results in the shortest amount of time considering the ROI of our resources.

O objetivo é otimizar os métodos de recrutamento, tornando-os mais eficientes e eficazes para atrair candidatos adequados às necessidades da empresa.

Os KR1 e KR2 (analisar a expectativa salarial do mercado e oferecer benefícios ao candidato) são resultados-chave que contribuem para o objetivo geral de atrair talentos de desenvolvimento. Obj: Launch our new website and promote our new service offerings.
KR1: Make an editorial calendar to track content creation operations.
KR2: Write 1 blog post a week on buyer persona pain points and promote it across our social channels.
KR3: Host a webinar to address one of those pain points and use it to bring a new audience to our new site. 
KR4: Use slide decks and infographics to convey the content in our case studies to make them more eye-catching.
