Hello Champion, we are a new company, so our current OKR's is branding, social media marketing, and engagement. Focusing on these areas will give our company the best possible results in the shortest amount of time considering the ROI of our resources.
I am currently focused in my company on maximizing the efficiency of the team with minimal resources, as well as reducing personnel costs for my clients.
By focusing on increasing client ROI and providing outstanding results, we ensure that efforts are directed toward delivering tangible value to clients and building long-term relationships.

Este OKR se concentra em melhorar os processos de recrutamento da empresa Studybay, a fim de criar um pool de talentos de desenvolvimento para atrair profissionais qualificados em um mercado competitivo. O objetivo é otimizar os métodos de recrutamento, tornando-os mais eficientes e eficazes para atrair candidatos adequados às necessidades da empresa.
Os KR1 e KR2 (analisar a expectativa salarial do mercado e oferecer benefícios ao candidato) são resultados-chave que contribuem para o objetivo geral de atrair talentos de desenvolvimento. KR1: Establish the website front and backend in the next 45 days KR2: Establish the supply chain of the product in the next 60 days KR3: Sell 100 products by the end of 90 days
Right now my main focus is on getting my business up and steady going, to be as successful as possible. Also to gain more business from people or more partners rather.
Obj: Launch our new website and promote our new service offerings. KR1: Make an editorial calendar to track content creation operations. KR2: Write 1 blog post a week on buyer persona pain points and promote it across our social channels. KR3: Host a webinar to address one of those pain points and use it to bring a new audience to our new site. KR4: Use slide decks and infographics to convey the content in our case studies to make them more eye-catching.
Obj: sustain a low-priced strategy to serve busy families and save money for them.
KR1: Comparable store sales — those from established stores and online operating over the past 12 months — rose 7.4% in the quarter ended April, a bit slower than the 8.3% during the fourth quarter but still impressive. Global online sales surged 26%.
