What OKR are you focusing on?
Objectives and key results (also known as OKRs) is a goal-setting system that helps to ensure that the company focuses efforts on the same important issues throughout the organization. What is the main OKR you're focusing on right now?

I am not working at the moment, but that doesn't stop me from setting OKRs for myself. (not working doesn't mean we stop growing), and I think it's essential to grow as a person, not just professionally. Too often, we get caught up with our professional goals. My OKRs this year are: - Read at least 15 books (at least 30% of them be non-fiction/business books) - Getting good at a second language, whether it's brushing up my Mandarin so I can be fluent in a business situation or picking up Japanese again.
I am a digital artist and I am currently focusing on Numeric OKR, specifically growing my social media followers quarterly. I am currently focused on Facebook (6 followers) and Instagram (100 followers). Next quarter if I meet or surpass my requirements due to being consistently present, I plan to start working on growing my newsletter.
As a Sales Manager in Computan, the main OKR´s we are focusing with our team at the moment are to improve the operations behind estimations of tasks and recognize which are the best channels to find potential clients to whom we can offer solutions.
For my B2B tech marketing agency, the main OKR we're focusing on right now is to improve our own outbound marketing methods through social media, developing our website, writing quality blog posts and sending out regular email campaigns. We want to take on more clients and boost our marketing efforts going into Q4.
What tools will you use to accomplish this, and what systems and resources will drive those tools, and you need a duration setting as well? These are questions you should put into your results quest. It's just me is how I sit and it's not straightforward to earn the trust of new clients. Let us know how you go.
For Nemalux, as the Marketing Manager, my OKRs are primarily creating a new efficient engaging website to improve traffic, generate leads, grow social, tailored e-blasts and streamline customer feedback.

They should be objectives individually. I'm sure there is a load of methodologies that come into play when you are seeking to develop graduates of this calibre.
