When you do this it brings in touch points for these prospects and allows you to track the progress of them becoming a customer. These strategies give you the opportunity to bring in workflow automation and campaigns
Objective: Make it easier for medical staff to handle their patients
Key Result 1: Make a survey or interview with 5 to 10 doctor's offices to validate my idea or identify the pain of my target group. by the end of December 2021
Key Result 2: Create the first version of my product by the end of February
Our objective is to achieve the mission and vision, ensuring they correspond with the client's needs. The KRs are to increase our social media impact and get more involve with the client's experience.
Objective : To meet sales target (value and quantity of unit sold) by implementation of sales activities in the assigned region KR: 1. Responsible to achieve sales target via individual effort and/or third party channels
2. Ensure order be proceed on time as per contact, 100% Invoiced, and Receivables
3. Respond the incoming enquiry within 2 (two) days the latest
