Right now, we are focused on refining our core processes and ensuring that our team is aligned on the most impactful objectives. Our main OKR is to enhance customer satisfaction by improving product quality and support, with key results tied to increasing customer retention rates and reducing response times. By focusing on this OKR, we aim to build stronger relationships with our customers, drive growth, and deliver consistent value.

Personally, my OKR is to gain necessary training and certifications to help me get into the industry I desire to work in. Work related, my OKR is to sell digital advertising solutions to brands in need of awareness and targeted marketing and meet monthly targets.
