Objective: Strengthen our digital presence and lead generation.
Key Results:
Increase organic website traffic by 30% in the next quarter. Generate 50+ qualified leads per month through SEO and paid campaigns. Improve website conversion rate by 15% with optimized landing pages and CTAs.
Having evaluation points allows us to know how a process is going, and in case the result is not as expected, we can take corrective action to prevent something worse.
The OKRs of the organisation I am working for includes maintaining trust and transparency in our processes and keeping up and evolving with the constant changing needs of our customers.
Personally, I am here to learn and gain understanding, as well as develop new skills. If I were to start a company, these would be the tools I would utilize.
Build a strong brand and increase number of social media followers over the next 3 months to 2000 followers
Although we are a record label, our main revenue comes from production and private music lessons. Our goals is to achive a total monthly revenue of $10,000 per month by Jaunary 2025.
At Dreamer, our main focus right now is to increase brand awareness and foster customer loyalty. To achieve this, we're working on growing our social media following by 30% by the end of the quarter, which will help us reach more people who value comfort and style in their sleepwear. We're also aiming for a 20% increase in repeat purchases, ensuring that our current customers keep coming back for the cozy experience we provide. Additionally, we're launching two new marketing campaigns designed to boost our website traffic by 15%, helping us reach new audiences and spread the word about Dreamer pajamas.
