What OKR are you focusing on?
Objectives and key results (also known as OKRs) is a goal-setting system that helps to ensure that the company focuses efforts on the same important issues throughout the organization. What is the main OKR you're focusing on right now?

At Dreamer, our main focus right now is to increase brand awareness and foster customer loyalty. To achieve this, we're working on growing our social media following by 30% by the end of the quarter, which will help us reach more people who value comfort and style in their sleepwear. We're also aiming for a 20% increase in repeat purchases, ensuring that our current customers keep coming back for the cozy experience we provide. Additionally, we're launching two new marketing campaigns designed to boost our website traffic by 15%, helping us reach new audiences and spread the word about Dreamer pajamas.
One of the OKRs that we've focused on this year was to increase the organic traffic to our website based on the keywords that were of interest to us (divided by industries that we focus on.) It was a good year and with the new strategies and ways to analyze the information, we've reached the goals. Now onto higher marks 🙂
Some OKR's that I am focusing on are getting lots of growth in sales and high amount of eyes from marketing. Furthermore, working on management and finding solid systems for the company and ways to be as efficient as possible.
