My current role is Marketing Manager for a social purpose organisation. The organisation specialises in science education, creating supports and resources for science teachers. I recently stepped into a marketing and comms role and am starting to think about how I can apply the different decision and persona stages. My strength is my creative skills and design background - I work visually and enjoy creative problem solving. I'm currently reading The Best Science Writing of 2023 and Inspired - a book about creativity. It will be a relief when we have a CRM to place any leads when they surface.
