Happy Monday, everyone! With 20 years of mixed sales experience, including owning a small business service-based (interior design for 7 years), and as of two years ago, in CPG - particularly e-commerce, you get the gist - I wear all the hats in an ever-changing world. An inspiring project that always comes to mind when asked this question is when I was hired to redesign a client's home. I remember him saying: "I'd like to transform my place to reflect comfort and peace." This led to truly digging in (hello, Inbound!) so that I could fully understand his pain points. During our second meeting, he shared he had cancer and didn't know if he had a year or two left but wanted to transition in the comfort of his own home whenever the time came. I went to work wearing my heart on my sleeves and exceeding his expectations across all angles. He passed exactly one year post-project completion in the comfort of his own home. Not sure how to transition from here because I get a bit emotional every time I share this story. To answer the last question, I'm not sure that I helped my interior design customers grow better but I definitely helped them live better, work better, and play better. Ultimately, the two are intertwined; if you live better, you grow better.

Just started this and joined the group. I am a junior multimedia artist in the marketing industry. Since I am a fresh grad, the most inspiring project I had so far is my thesis which focused on teaching graphic artists how to accomodate visually impaired in their designs. I plan to help my prospects and customers by most of listening to their needs and how to accomodate their needs in the best way that I could ,even improving their idea, while following their vision
