I'm Ethan and I do marketing/customer success with HyrSkills, which is a job-matching platform startup in Moncton, NB, Canada. I'm interested in learning how to better attract customers (mainly employers) to our platform and to see the value in it for them so that they can sign up. Here are a few marketing ideas for you...

What I would think about doing is interviewing your existing clients. Ask
them about their greatest hiring challenges. Edit the interview into short
60-second clips to take advantage of the YT shorts promotion functionality.

Also, you could create a podcast on YouTube using the new YT podcasting
feature. And then you could leverage this content to attract new potential
accounts. Possibly interview them too.
