one thing i have worked on in my last job was to increase sells and help a failing store unit from collapse. when i was brought in to management the store was 5% in the red and steadily dropping. by the time i left the store was 20% over last years sales with a large increasing client base of new customers.
customer service was a large part of what i have done to increase sales, i have utilized walk-ins going to companies and talking to them directly inorder to develope a face to face relationship as well as a cheap steady product that would sustain them.

Well here goes nothing! My names is Martha and I am very new to sales. Something I always shied away from and low and behold, here I am. I have been with this IT Tech Consulting firm for just a little over a month as their Sale Operations and Support Associate. This is a brand new field for me to be in coming from Education and Construction. I would say this is more of a learning tool and for professional growth.

Hi everyone! My name is Caroline. I currently work as an editor in the English Language Teaching (ELT) publishing industry, but I'm starting a new job within my organization in digital marketing next month! I know my company's product lines and brand value proposition fairly well, but I'm stepping into a brand new field and I have a lot to learn.
