Hi Everyone, 

I've been in sales for 20 years, in technology, and find myself needing to ramp up on marketing.  We lost our director of marketing, and in his absence, mgmt has realized we need to understand the tech stack and the philosophy around inbound vs. the traditional outbound model.

We make data extraction/data automation software, specializing in pulling data from scanned paper docs, or PDFs.

I get inspired daily by our technology - I've been in this space for 27 years, and this is the best tech I've ever had.  We can solve the most difficult data extraction problems for our customers.  Now, the problem is, how do we let the world know about our tech, and how do we get to the people who can benefit from us?

We help our prospects and clients grow by showing them how they can use our software to speed up processes, lower costs, and increase accuracy - all things that nearly every business is after these days.

I'm eager to jump in, especially since my boss (the owner) just let me know that I'm going to be measured by how well I figure out the new sales and marketing realities.

Hubspot Academy is one of the best online learning platforms I have seen because the course and all the contents (videos, quizzes, resources) are just so easy to consume and understand.
