i am currently a freelance ai data annotator looking to break into martech therefore learning the fundamdentals of marketing through the inbound course hopefully i can connect with other people passionate about the growing field of martech.
One project that really inspired me was working on Western Hayati, a clothing business I helped manage. When we started, we didn’t have much — no investment and limited products — but I took the initiative to handle marketing, posting, and customer communication. I learned how to attract people through organic social media content and how to build trust with customers. Seeing our first customer order gave me a huge sense of motivation. It taught me that small consistent efforts can turn into something meaningful.
I want to add more value on my product or service .

I help my prospects and customers grow better by first understanding their specific goals and challenges. I focus on building trust and providing solutions that genuinely add value to their business — not just selling a product. That means offering insights, suggesting improvements, and staying in touch after the sale to ensure they’re achieving measurable results. My goal is to be a long-term partner in their growth, not just a vendor.

I realise this group was created in 2021 and here I am joining in 2025. I joined this group because I'm taking 'Inbound Marketing' as a side course from my main degree Applied Business Management to broaden my understanding. There is no such thing as too much to learn, am I right?
What's your current role? I am currently a student, left my old job as a Stock Controller to pursue my degree.
Tell us about a project you've worked on that's inspired you. I am currently building my own shop in a key area, that's very exciting for me to see the progress.
How do you help your prospects and customers grow better? Social media, mostly. And, mutual friends to spread the word.
Welcome to the HubSpot Community! 👋 No matter when you’ve joined, this is a place for continuous learning, so you’re absolutely right, there’s no such thing as too much to learn.
It’s fantastic that you’re complementing your Applied Business Management degree with inbound marketing skills, and congratulations on building your own shop, what an exciting venture!
