I'm currently a Client Program Manager at a staffing and consulting firm that specializes in engineering and construction management roles. We support both private-sector projects and major federal programs like FEMA, NAVFAC, USACE, and DOE.

One project that inspired me was helping to establish a full project team for a critical infrastructure rebuild in communities after a hurricane. We deployed engineers and construction managers to support damage assessments and reconstruction efforts. It was a powerful reminder of how the right people in the right roles can make a direct impact on rebuilding communities.
