As an entrepreneur, the number one skill I’d look for in a co-founder is innovation. Someone who’s truly innovative is creative, competitive, and focused on driving the business toward long-term success.

Apart from the necessary skills and expertise in the respective field, a co-founder should be very trustworhty and open to change and adapt even if there is a conflict of interest.
