Sales Team New to HubSpot Coming From SFDC

Hi! We are migrating everything to be all in on HubSpot (so switching from SFDC to HB CRM-- YAY!). I have an idea of what I want our team to do but would love to hear from others who have done it--- What course would you recommend our team to start on? The roles taking the courses would be BDRs (so entry-level sales and mostly building the pipeline for the AEs and prospecting), AEs (closing deals/nurturing leads/some prospecting), and CSMs. I am thinking of Sales Software for most so they can get familiar with HS-- but what are your ideas? I am building out a plan for World Cert Week!
