Hello My name is Ilkhom, I'm currently working as a salesperson in the women's flat shoes store.My goal is to become a professional salesperson and in order to do so I need help from specialists like you guys. I would love learning everything about the sales, how to close the deal, how to satisfy customers and how to bring the value to the table. The tactic that I know is feel,felt,found. It means that you have to feel what made them to buy your product and you have to tell them that many our customers felt that way but they found our product was helpful for them to solve their issues

Hello everyone. Myself Raj Mistry, currently, an international student pursuing Global Business Management at Seneca Polytechnic. Back home i was a Business Development Executive(BDE) in one of the prominent recruting agencies namely Venus Consultancy. So, as an experienced BDE, I believe that deals can be easily closed with the clients once we know about their scarce requirement & finances. By driving their focus on there own need makes it easier to close deals in an effectious manner. I think, that Hubspot is a vast platform, wherein, individuals from different age group are here to learn something new & share their experiences. I’m currently working in operations management at a tech startup in the social media space, focused on curating experiences rather than selling products. While my current role isn't sales-centric, I have a background in CRM systems and business strategy, which often involves supporting sales teams.


One tactic I recommend for closing more deals is to focus on building genuine relationships and understanding customer pain points. Instead of just pitching features, I aim to position the solution as a response to their specific needs, which fosters trust and improves the likelihood of closing.


I joined this study group to sharpen my skills in inbound sales, learn more about HubSpot’s methodologies, and network with professionals who can help me better integrate sales strategy into my broader operations role.
