Hi everyone,
My name is Manish and I'm the founder of Evalinator (www.evalinator.com), a platform to create interactive assessments and quizzes to engage customers. I am also a B2B go-to-market and partnerships consultant and work across multiple sectors helping innovative B2B tech companies.
If I were to name one tactic that has worked for me, it is to pivot the conversation to focus on the client's problems/goals and understand them well. It always leads to a quality next step if there is going to be one. It's much easier to do if you become naturally curious about the challenges your solution solves.
I'm looking to learn strategies from everyone here. I'm also looking to list Evalinator on the HubSpot app marketplace soon, so if anyone wishes to give Evalinator a shot in return for feedback, I'd appreciate it and will be happy to personally help.

Hello all. My name is Joe and am currently an assistant project manager for a general contractor in the Metro Detroit area. I currently work in the construction industry but am interested in making the switch to a construction technology company as an SDR/BDR. One tactic that seems to be helpful in my industry are face to face meetings when possible, or zoom/teams calls if a sit down is not feasible. In my experience conversations are more sincere in person and you can get a better feel for your customer's needs. By joining this study group I am hoping to gain some pointers and insight into the SaaS industry and the tools needed to be successful.

Hello everyone! I am Sufiyan, 29, from India. I have close to 4years of experience in B2B sales and I am currently looking to make a sales career in Saas industry. I have so far helped small entrepreneurs and restaurant partner and I currently want to help business of all sizes to be able to succeed in this digital era and cut throat competition. The last company I worked for was Xiaomi, its primarily a mobile phone selling brand with the highest market share in India but its also into consumer electronic goods like Laptop and related accessories and recenty ventured into AIOT consumer durables. So it's a completely different industry when compared to the Saas industry so the sales process and logic is different. The one tactic that heped me when I was onboarding restaurant partners on the UberEats application was to understand the one thing that their existing food delivery partner is lacking to deliver(Marketing, daily operations, visibility, orders, basket size etc) and promise to deliver that. I am looking forward to connecting with more people here and understand how their sales journey has been so far and learn from their experiences.

Hello new friends! My current role is Business Development Manager at LeadDogs. We are a promotional product and custom merch company that work with Businesses, Organizations, Churches, and Schools to make their brands stand out. Closing more deals means being a chameleon. Learn about your client and their brand personality... then create a best friend for that personality and BECOME them! If every conversation with you feels like a conversation with their best friend, they will keep coming back for more 🙂 I am hoping to learn more about how I can lead and manage a team of sales reps to CARE about our clients, buy-in to the culture of our business and spearhead their own book of business.
Thanks for the opportunity to introduce myself! Go get those sales 🙂
