👋Hey all! My name is Austin and I am the Marketing Director at Imprint Genius, a disruptive, print-on-demand company merch store solution (aka SWAG 😎). We are working hard to revolutionize the Merch/Promo/Sourcing space.

 

My technical background is in video production and YouTube (like and subscribe 😉), so I love using video as a way to communicate with potential clients during the sales process. I am, however, pretty new to using such a robust CRM, so I'm hoping to use this study group to learn ways to maximize the automation and flow of our pipeline. 🚀

Hello, my name is Marisha Nnadi. I work at AbeBooks, we create an online marketpalce where people buy and sell books, magazines, art collections, textbooks, comics, photographs, sheet music, even old and used books. I work in the distribution sector, my current role is to pack items that should be delivered to the buyers. The tactic I recomend to closing more deals will be communicating with customers, understanding what they really want and work according to their feedback. Joinging this study group, I hope to broading my knowledge on customer services/sales and do better at my job.

I think my three best sales skills are:

1. I listen to the prospects/clients and do my best to understand, wht they really need.

2. I take care of the clients, so they have the positive buying experience

3. I am creative, I see new opportunities 

I d like to improve:

1. storytelling, engaging communication skills

2. objection handling

3. presentation and negotiation skills
