Hello all,

I am an advisor & an executive assistant. I work in the sustainability & conservation industry!

I'm hoping to gain some valuable knowledge to keep contributing to my roles, and of course to help manage my own prospective business.

#1 tactic: Follow up, Follow up, Follow up & follow up! can't tell you how many leads are lost without the proper time management, individualism, and quality of following up with prospective clients/buyers.

Thank you!

The HubSpot CRM (with lead notification) linked to slack is a great way to do that @ChrisalynG - In today's busy world, getting to a prospect within 10 minutes makes a huge difference.

Hello my name is Daniel Nwokeji currently in the Telecommunication sphere. I work with Layer3 Limited as a Key Accounts Officer. We offer suites of IT products and services that makes individual and businesses excel. Lately we ventured into the Fiber to the Home Service for Internet access and i was privileged to head that unit in Sales and Support. My major tactics that has worked in the FTTH sphere has been the Door to Door engagement for clusters, gated communities and estates. However, we have noticed a huge drop in customer aquisition in areas and estates where we have already deployed. I will like to learn alot on sales and how to speak or engage customers who have not subscribed to ,my network using a tactics that makes them come to me and not the other way round considering restrictions due to COVID and other customer related access issues.

Hi, my name is Yitzchak.

I am a sales supervisor/senior sales rep for an English-speaking telecommunications service provider in a country where English is not the primary language.

I found that focussing on the customer's needs, rather than pushing plans and packages, is a winning strategy.

I have so far found that this inbound sales course is crystalizing concepts that I have already intrinsically incorporated in my sales approach.

Thank you for forming this  study group. I hope that we all find it beneficial in learning from each other's approaches and insights.

All the best.

Hi! My name is Mica. I work as a sales associate for a company called Rezonate. At Rezonate, storytelling is at the forefront and we create worlds of awe and wonder through mediums like animation, illustration, graphic design and a whole lot more! I was hired just last year, in the middle of the pandemic. I am a natural people person but have no experience in professional sales. I joined this class to know more about how I can do my job better. Especially now that we're still in trying times and even connecting with new leads are made online. I am interested to know how to break the barrier from stranger to connection to a possible sale. Looking forward to learning and connecting with people here.

Hello! I'm Allan Schroth and I work at the Doctoralia. Being more specific on the Doctoralia phone. We take care of telephony and provide assistance in the clinics that hire us. To close more deals you have to show the clinic scars to the manager and then show your medicine (your product). I want to participate to learn more about sales, I'm a customer sucess, and I'm honing my skills to be a better version of myself.
