I’m currently transitioning into an Inside Sales / SDR role. I’ve been working directly with clients for years, developing strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills, and now I’m focusing on applying these strengths in a sales environment.
I currently work in the service industry, where I handle clients end-to-end and manage high-ticket projects. This experience has helped me build discipline, follow-through, and the ability to understand customer needs deeply skills I’m now directing toward the tech and sales market.
Focus on understanding the real problem behind the client’s request. When you ask the right questions and identify the pain points clearly, the conversation stops being about “selling” and becomes about “solving.” People buy solutions, not pressure so clarity and listening are the fastest way to close more deals.
I want to accelerate my transition into Inside Sales by learning proven processes, improving my outreach and messaging, and connecting with people who are already performing in the field. I’m here to absorb as much as possible, apply fast, and build the foundation for a strong sales career.
